Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love everything you buy from abodeandgrace.com. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Store Credit: Opt for store credit for faster processing
  • Original Payment: Refunds to original payment method require 7-10 business days

Return Conditions
To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • All original tags attached
  • Original packaging included
  • All parts and accessories included

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Final sale items (clearly marked)
  • Opened software or electronics
  • Fragrance and bath products
  • Worn or damaged merchandise

Return Shipping
We provide prepaid return labels for all US returns. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery through abodeandgrace.com. We’ll cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement immediately.

Return Processing
Once we receive your return, please allow:

  • 5-7 business days for store credit
  • 7-10 business days for credit card refunds
  • 1-2 billing cycles for refunds to appear on your statement

Holiday Return Policy
Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st may be returned until January 31st of the following year. This extension applies to all regular-priced merchandise.

Return Exceptions
Some items may have different return requirements:

  • Furniture: 30-day return policy, original assembly required
  • Rugs: Must be returned in original packaging
  • Lighting: All components must be included

International Returns
International customers must:

Lost Returns
We’re not responsible for return packages lost in transit. We recommend using trackable shipping and retaining your return receipt until the refund processes.

Store credit never expires and can be used for:
