Processing Time
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends will process the next business day. During holiday seasons, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing.

Standard Shipping: $6.95 or free on orders over $50
Express Shipping: $14.95
Overnight Shipping: $24.95
Same-Day Delivery: $9.95 (when available)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on abodeandgrace.com and visiting the order history section.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states and Puerto Rico. International shipping is available to select countries. Additional shipping time and customs fees may apply for international orders.
Delivery Information
Most deliveries occur between 8 AM and 8 PM local time. Someone 18 years or older must be present to sign for packages requiring signature confirmation.
Shipping Restrictions
Some items have special shipping requirements:
- Furniture items ship via freight carrier
- Fragile items require special handling
- Oversized items may incur additional fees
Multiple Item Orders
Items from the same order may ship separately if they come from different warehouse locations. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot modify addresses once orders are processed. Additional fees may apply for address corrections.
Shipping Delays
During peak seasons or inclement weather, carriers may experience delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
Undeliverable Packages
Packages that cannot be delivered will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional shipping fees.
Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package:
- Check with household members and neighbors
- Look around all potential delivery areas
- Contact your local post office
- Wait 48 hours before contacting customer service
International Shipping
International orders are subject to:
- Customs duties and import taxes
- Additional processing time
- Possible customs inspections
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Holiday Shipping
During holiday periods, we recommend ordering early. Specific holiday shipping deadlines are posted on abodeandgrace.com each season.
Freight Shipping
Large furniture items ship via freight carriers:
- Delivery to first available dry area
- White glove service available for additional fee
- Assembly service offered in select areas
Shipping Carriers
We partner with multiple carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and regional freight companies. Carrier selection is based on your location and shipping method.
